Data We Collect Through Social Media

When you interact with a business using FrontDeskAI through Facebook or Instagram, we may collect:

• Your name and profile information
• Messages you send
• Appointment booking details
• Contact information you provide

How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to privacy@frontdeskai.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the following information in your email:
   • Your full name
   • The email address associated with your interactions
   • The business name you interacted with (if known)
   • Any other identifying information that can help us locate your data
3. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
4. Deletion will be completed within 30 days of acknowledgment.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a successful deletion request, we will remove:

• All personal information
• Conversation and chat history
• Appointment records
• Contact details
• Any files or media shared during conversations

What We May Retain

We may retain certain information in the following cases:

• Anonymized or aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
• Records required by law or regulatory obligations
• Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements

Confirmation

Once the deletion process is complete, we will send you a confirmation email. You will no longer be identifiable in our systems.

Alternative Methods

You can also manage your data and app permissions directly through your social media settings:

• Facebook: Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites > find FrontDeskAI > Remove.
• Instagram: Settings > Security > Apps and Websites > find FrontDeskAI > Remove.
